Every quote we write is a flat rate, not an hourly estimate. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice — the only way it changes is if you ask us to add work.

Payment
How payment works
1. 50% deposit books your date
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot on the calendar and to order materials. No painter comes to your home until the deposit is received. Pay online by card, or by check, ACH or Zelle.
2. Balance when you are satisfied
The remaining 50% is due after the final walkthrough, once you have inspected the work and everything on your punch list is done. Net 7 on invoice.
Deposits cover scheduling and materials that are ordered and tinted specifically for your project. Custom-tinted paint cannot be returned or resold. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set out in full in our Terms of Service & Deposit Policy — please read them before you pay a deposit.
